Wind To Hydrogen/Ammonia
The prospect of harnessing power from hydrogen contains economic and practical significance of monumental proportions.  For one, hydrogen produces only water vapor as a post-combustion waste product, making it a clean-burning fuel source.  Learning to adapt hydrogen for modern consumption needs then will impact society by providing a fuel source that is not only plentiful but harmless to the environment.

By learning how to store wind power for hydrogen production, the WCROC can provide a renewable, plentiful and clean energy source.

More information about the wind to hydrogen/ammonia project at the WCROC can be found on the wind section of the Renewable Energy Initiatives website.
