Eating plenty of vegetables has so many healthy benefits that it's a wonder why we eat (on average) so few...maybe it's time to change it up with new flavors, ideas and methods to make delicious use of your abundant garden produce, or dip into the bounty of the season at your local farmers market, or both!

This workshop is part of the Come Grow with Us horticulture education series. Classes are free to attend, and open to the public. In the event of inclement weather, class will be held in AgCountry Auditorium at the WCROC.
